Laurel is the Creative Director and co-founder of The Bones Agency, leading brand strategy, design, and creative direction for clients across industries.
With a background in film and photography, Laurel began her career in production, working on sets and creative teams before transitioning into agency life. There, she found her niche at the intersection of storytelling, visual design, and brand strategy, blending multiple creative disciplines into cohesive, high-impact, award-winning brand systems.
Laurel has collaborated with a wide range of clients—from fashion designers and professional athletes to global and national brands including Tom Ford, Hugo Boss, Bud Light, Wegmans, The Mint Museum, Supercuts, and more—across both B2B and B2C environments.
